Scam call offering me 40% off my airtime bills and a new iPhone 13. How did he have all my details - 3 mobile numbers in account, address etc? The only clue that it might be a scam was his heavy accent! Cancelled the order but I now have two iPhone 13s arriving tomorrow in pink!! Whats in it for them?

It's a well known scam.
They will send the wrong phones and ask you to return them (to their fake address) so they then have the phones and you are left with nothing.
Forward the scam number to 7726 - It's free.

020 8145 9400 - I had the same call, offering 40% off from my current o2 tariff for being a loyal customer.... They managed to cheat the security code out from me, which indeed was very foolish on my side, but they really had a genuine looking history showing there with previous security code texts from O2. By providing them this one-off security code, they managed to gain access to my O2 details: name, current subscription, data allowance, last bill amount, etc..... He confirmed some of my details back to me when I asked to verify himself... This is bad enough already if they managed to hack into O2's customer data base just with that one code!
They then wanted my mother maiden name/ o2 account number or last 4 digits of my bank account – I refused this and said I did not want his discount, but he was very very adamant why I wouldn't want the same thing cheaper. I just disconnected the call. They then kept calling me back from another 2 different numbers in the next 3-4 minutes and all through the following day too. I did immediately however change my o2 password and security question. I am still now terrified that these scammers have all my personal data – name /number/ address / bill details. I spoke to O2 and my bank and they were all quite condescending and that there was nothing further I could do
