Great info - my phone has stopped receiving texts, so I can't receive my PAC code by text. I was advised by O2 "tech support" that the only way I could get a PAC code would be to go into an O2 shop, get a new SIM and then request a PAC code. I've been pretty loyal to O2, but since they joined Virgin they've been absolutely hopeless, and the price increase mid-contract was the last straw.

@Goodbye1 - tagged onto a very old thread, and Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update] info here. If you just wanted a moan, well that is a different matter. Guide: Cancelling Your Contract may help - but if you choose the O2 Shop route, take valid photo id with you. Good luck!
