@hiya476

Here Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

or you'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

@MI5

Hi, I although I appreciate your attempt at helping I have must have seen you post that same answer on numerous other threads and it is incorrect and inconvient.  There is no need to contact o2 on 202 as it can be done through myO2. I also tried to contact o2 but as you can see from the title of this thread they are closed currently.

I finally managed to figure out how it is done through myO2 for anyone else that might be inthe same position as me:

1. Log into my o2.

2. Select the number you want to get the PAC code for.

3. Go to "More" in the nav bar at the top of the page, a drop done menu will appear.

4. Click update your personal details (Why on earth would o2 hide a pac request in here?!? £££)

5. At the bottom of this page is a "Thinking of switching from o2" section

6. Press continue on this section and follow the next steps, turn off your ad blocker. and you should get your PAC code if you have mulitple decives through my o2.

A new one on me, thanks thumbsup but call centres should not be closed at this time.

That's interesting @hiya476. I was unaware you could get the PAC code that way.

Maybe our managers @Martin-O2 and @LukasB should check this out and if it works for everyone, then it should be added to our guide on getting your PAC?
