Solved: Replacing my sim with no number

Hi there. I got a iphone replacement yesterday and I want to put my eSIM on the new iPhone so I’ve logged into my o2 but in order to do so you guys need to send text codes to my number but I don’t have a sim on this phone so I have no service. Is there a way for me to download my eSIM without phone service? Thanks so much
