Opened a new account yesterday for a VOLT O2 SIM only plan via customer call centre and the sales person said I should receive my new SIM next day (bit ambitious ??), yet when looking on MY O2 it states I have an E-Sim Profile waiting to be activated ?? So which is it a Physical SIM or an E-SIM. Nowhere during the sales call did I ask for an E-SIM nor was I asked.

Just be aware that billing will start in 2-3 days irrespective of installing the esim
