I’ve just got a new pay as you go SIM card and I’m trying to setup a new account, when I click on register it asks if I’m already a o2 customer and there is no option to open a new account

@Brett89 -
If you're a Pay As You Go customer, you'll need to register using:
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/register-for-my-o2
Good luck!

Try an Incognito window, or Private browing window, @Brett89 - I get: https://accounts.o2.co.uk/auth?sendTo=https%3A%2F%2Faccounts.o2.co.uk%2F%3Fcheckproduct%3Dtrue&failu...

Hmm, seems to be a bit borked right now, I see similar.
The links to O2 Social Media team at the link just below may be a way to go, @Brett89.
Have you activated your new PAYG SIM yet and topped it up (usuallu a voucher for first top-up, but times may have changed): Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans" guide here, if you need it - but there have been reports of people's auto top-up off their registered card failing after month 1 or 2, and they have to switch back to a Big Bundle and manual top-up, @Brett89 - you can search via the search bar above to browse some of these.
Good luck!

Have you tried registering on the app first?
