Hello, I have received a message saying that I am £7.58 in credit and am due a refund. This month I changed over from o2 to Vodafone and so I can no longer login to the my o2 app to claim the refund. How can I go about this please? Thanks.

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
