How do it chase the refund for a charger that was returned 5 weeks ago - proof of postage obtained

Welcome to the o2 Community Forum

We are a customer Community so cannot access accounts 

but can advise ~ 

Seems the best way to chase this would be to talk to o2 Customer Services 

They have a Social Media Team
