CAN I REMOVE SPEND CAP PLEASE

ITS A SERVICE I WISH TO MAKE A DONATION TO AND AT THE MOMENT I CANT AS THE MESSAGE WONT DELIVER, I TAKE IT THATS BECAUSE I HAVE A SPEND CAP ON?
