Refund due

O2 have sent me emails and texts telling me I am due a refund on my final bill. I have accessed My02 online but can find no way to let O2 know my bank details.

 

No use clicking the link on the refunds page as it takes me nowhere.

 

Anyone been successful in getting a refund from these people?

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
