Disney+ to be refunded

Hello, I have had three months free Disney+ and have just cancelled it so it doesn't renew after the free period. On my latest bill (for 23 Nov 23 to 22 Dec 23) there is a £7.99 charge for Disney+. When will this be refunded? Many thanksRachel

Tried logging in and I'm told I'm new and can't login

Hi. When I go into the O2 app, it is saying to log in, when I do it now says ' new to 02'. Why does it not open my account? which it did on previous occasions. Thanks

Resolved! Logging into myo2 without receiving a text?

Hi all, So I am being told on log in page that I will receive a text with a six digit code - only issue is is I don't have access to that number, how would I log in without receiving a text code

Can’t log in to my account

I no longer have access to the email linked to my account so I cannot log in.
