Since I joined O2 I have absolutely no reception at all on my phone unless I am within a home and using Wifi. This is absolutely absurd. No one can get through to me at all and I cannot make or receive calls or drive anywhere using Maps. And don't ask me to find Wifi hotspots because there are is none. My phone is basically redundant as i cannot do anything on it at all !! What am I paying for ????

@Rash1971 Have you asked O2 for a new sim? You can reach O2 via social media for help:

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Edit: You can also call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby and they'll swap sims for you. Bring identification if you choose to do that.
