I am trying to port my old number (from an O2 business a/c via DAISY). I have my PAC number (which is about to run out), O2 is not picking up phone and I am getting nowhere online. Message is that the account is not recognised. Contract through Carphone Warehouse 4 days before association with O2 ended!

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
