If so you may have a roaming bar on your account and you need to call O2 to lift it

I gave o2 my pac code to keep my number from old network, I've not had any confirmation of keeping my number. I've now had the sim for two days and no confirmation. I rang my old provider and o2 haven't taken it over. I cant get in touch to ask them. Anyone help?

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
