Phone working off 2 numbers

Hi I am having problems my phone is working off (personal information removed) ,the number I wanted moved to this sim when bought but any iMessages etc goes to my new number, can youse fix so everything goes to (personal information removed) please

@Blyth1986 This is not O2. This is a customer community. You need to speak to customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Settings >Phone >My Number.

Edit to the number you want to use then save and reboot the phone.

Then check in message settings that "start conversations from" indicates the number you wish to use.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
