I paid my arrears payment yesterday and got an email to say it would take off any restrictions maximum 24 hours and it has been over 24 hours?

Up to 48 hours esp as it's the weekend.

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
