Online My O2 account not connected to my phone number

Hello, I was wondering if you can connect my online My O2 account to my current phone number as when I log in now and look for my upgrade options it states "You have no numbers or accounts to upgrade. "

@KK2 you'll need to call 202 as it sounds like you have new login details you need to use.
