O2 new customers get better deals

Hi all,

I have seen online an O2 sim only 12 month contract, unlimited texts, unlimited calls, 10GB data, for £5 a month. However, as I am already an O2 customer looking at my upgrades the cheapest I could get is 6GB unlimited text unlimited minutes for £19.54 a month. I never use more than 5GB of data any way. How come there is such a huge price difference?! what can I do?
