So, I had Disney + mistakenly active as an extra on both of my lines. Paid up until 13 July 2024. So, I cancel through O2 thinking I would still have access until 13 July. No, of course not. Subscription was (actually both subscriptions) cancelled on Disney + immediately - intentionally no warning message on the website of course.
The sooner these companies are taken to task for the ease with which they can take money off customers and the level of difficulty they place in front of customers who simply want things to run smoothly and reasonably, the better. I don't even bother with O2 support any more, it is absolutely awful - I just write off the cost because the stress caused is crazy.

Most of these offers do say it is the responsibility of the contract owner to check and remove the extra when changes are made or when the promotional period expires. Good luck!
