@lwsg This is a customer community, so no one would have any idea when that would happen. Ports are running slowly, and they don't happen on the weekend, so if your number doesn't port today, it won't port until Monday. You'll know when the process starts when your old sim loses its signal. You then need to keep rebooting your phone with your new sim every half hour or so.

The port still has not happened and have been unable to speak to anyone at o2,how doe sone get hold of them when all the avenues are "blocked"
