Hi, I am transferring my number from another network to O2. I was told yesterday that I can use my old number today. However when I was login into my O2 to top up. The only option for security check is to send the code to the temporary number. But the temporary number can never receive the code. Neither does my old number. So I don’t know what should I do? I cannot top up, cannot use my old number, cannot use the temporary number….
