Not with O2 but keep getting messages

Hi - hoping posting here helps as I have no other route. I haven't been with O2 for a while so don't have an account yet keep regularly getting emails and texts about work being done nearby. Can someone please look into this and get my details removed as I can't respond to them, not log into an account to contact someone.

You must have used the My Network app to keep an eye on O2 signal in some places of interest to you at a time, @Excustomercomms - the app needs you to login (it is a separate login to Forum and MyO2) and cancel those watch/alerts, then the texts/emails will stop.
