No network signal and no chat options available although advertised on app

1. I changed my sim the other day, I am still waiting on getting a network signal. Why is this taking so long?

2. Why is the only way to get in touch with customer service via a message board or a phone call? The talk to an agent tab on the app does not work EVER! Always says agents are busy. I can't call because... I have no signal.

Keep rebooting your phone, is the first thing to do.

You could call O2 if you borrowed a phone, used a landline or use Skype. All numbers in this guide. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Live chat will usually pop up if you are browsing the shop https://www.o2.co.uk/shop
