last month I upgraded to 8gb for £8/month but my first bill is nearly £12

I have no extra charges showing on my bill just a tariff of £9.63 + vat

I can't get through on the 200 number they just keep switching me off can anyone give me another contact number?

Your first bill is always slightly higher, as you get the month your in pro-rata, and the first month ahead. Should be normal from next month onwards

As you have just upgraded it will be because you have paid for part of the last month on your old deal, and part on the new one.
Your bill should show this.

If it is a discounted tariff your bill will always show the full amount before discount and the discount will be applied as a bolt on Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data?
