My physical eSIM which I rely on for roaming has been stolen with a bag or misplaced somehow! I need urgent help converting my number to an eSIM! This function currently isn’t available on the my o2 app (and seemingly also not on the my o2 browser website but I can’t even double check because I cannot receive a OTP to my phone number since I don’t have it). How to contact o2 urgently for them to help me set up an eSIM? I’m crying my eyes out and I don’t know what to do. I only have one hour left before I reenter Europe and have no way of getting internet there after my bus with wifi stops.
