Hi all,
I'm hoping someone can help.
My sim appears to have been cut off due to some security issue. I can't make or receive calls and txts.
When I log into my online o2 account it states:
We need to send you a code to check that you’re supposed to have access to this account.
Choose one of these numbers you’d like us to send the code to.
But obviously if I go through with the request nothing happens because I can't receive txts.
I have no other phone here just the laptop, I've tried looking for a chat support option but no luck so far.
I am disabled and live alone so being able to make and receive calls & txts is very important to me, plus I'm going to get in a lot of trouble with friends and family for no contact and not being able to contact me they are going to worry a lot.
Appreciate any help or advice!
