My02 app not working S20+

I upgraded from the Samsung S10 to Samsung S20+ now the My02 app won`t allow me to log on. I have tried everything.

 

Even when I open a browser on the phone and try logging on, I face the same problem. No access.

 

I am either informed my account doesn`t exist or I am sent a numeric notification to enter-which says code void and my account locked!

 

BTW, I can log in on my laptop!

 

Is there a problem with the S20 plus?

You'll need to call customer service to reset your account.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
