My o2

Whenever I try to do anything on my o2 (the app and online) it says that it can’t load anything but it works for my sisters and I have full internet connection so why?

You need to wait a few days for your MyO2 to set up.

If it still isn't working after your bill is generated, call customer service to reset it Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
