What has happened to the online chat, i don't want to waste my time in call queue or go in to a shop to find out simple questions that used to take 2 mins on the online chat.

 

O2 offer online help but when you search for the answer there is no answer available.

@Annoyedagain Try a different browser or delete your cache. You can also do chat through the myo2 app

Online chat is having issues connecting for some people. It happened last week and was supposed to be fixed...

However, as suggested above, we may be able to help ...unless it's a specific account issue?

You can also look at increasing your data allowance maybe?

Did you 'sort out' your online chat?
I have bee trying to use it for the last 3 months, via a desktop!!! Cleared cache / history.
The problem is with 02 website - it is terrible!
