My o2 showing wrong phone

Hi. My o2 is saying I am using my old phone iPhone 6.
I have been using an iPhone XR for the last 6 months. I have looked on here for tips on how to change this to the correct phone but nothing seems to work. Even the Guru’s have failed to help. Anyone on here able to help.
Just as a side note I gave my iPhone 6 to my wife but her my o2 is saying she is still using her iPhone 5.

Lots of reports of this issue just lately.

Customer service are the only ones that can change the actual phone to show the correct details but it is supposed to update automatically.
