Has anyone else had problems with the new O2 app?
Since the upgrade it doesn't recognise my e-mail. Can't access my account.
O2 are supposed to be sorting this but its been almost 2 weeks and still no joy.
Just wondered if i was alone with this problem?

Thousands of people are affected. We do ask them to try via the web using any browser
Try this https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the App, reboot your phone and then reinstall the app.
If all fails you will need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or phone them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 03448090222 (PAYG)

Yep, tried all that. Contacted O2 and they said it needs to be passed up to their tech experts.
Was told this would take 5 days, still waiting after almost 2 weeks!
Its ridiculous. App worked perfectly until they upgraded.
Its good to know i'm not the only one.
