Resolved! wrong upgrade order - ordered 128Gb instead of 256Gb

Hi i have recently purchased a pay monthly phone through the website and it saod to claime my free gift through my o2 but when trying to log into my o2 it says that it cant recognise my account and i have tried changing the password 3 maybe 4 times

New Phone

I ordered a. ew phone for click and collect before lockdown. The delivery company has informed me it has been delivered but i’ve had nothing from the store. I’ve had emails from o2 to pay my bill but i haven’t received the phone yet.
