Hi we have been having issues with this a lot and I need someone to walk us through how to sort it. I have 2 of my own devices on my o2 which are linked to my app, my GF got out a sim only on the family savings using her own details. How does she get the app for her sim as everything we try says she has an account and asks for my details. But if i go on my o2 app her sim does not show up. Does anyone have any idea why this is and how to fix it so she can login her own.

Is she using a different email address to register ?

yes she is using her email to try and registar as when i asked o2 they said her was a different account number, but everytime she tries it askes for my login details and wont let her user her own email?
