Changing to sim only tariff

My contract ends in a couple of weeks. I don’t want to upgrade but just have a £12 monthly sim only tariff. Usually I would phone or online chat to arrange this but these are unavailable. Could someone advise me on how I do this online?

You can do it in your MyO2 upgrade options http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 

Just choose sim only.

How did you get to this page? I can’t find in on my 02. I see upgrades but nothing about tariff only

Try it on a PC using IE.

You should see that page by selecting upgrade now in My O2
