I've just signed up for the Disney plus extra, but the code is reportedly already in use.

Any ideas?

Hi, I had a Disney plus account to begin with, I cancelled the existing monthly payment and tried my O2 code. Following the link tells me the code has been redeemed already.

O2 will email you with a direct link to sign up on the Disney website.

You can use that link to sign up.

When I did mine from MyO2 it told me the code had alre6been used also but the direct link worked ok.

Hello again,

My Disney plus has expired now and I cannot re-use my code from O2 to carry it on, besides paying o2 for the extra.

O2 customer services won't help me as they only deal with urgent enquiries right now and I'm only left with contact/support via the community forum.

Any ideas?

The offer has to be taken up in the first 28 days
