My o2 app not working

I have the my o2 app loaded on my Apple ipad and iphone.

 

I have tried logging in on both devices and get into the app but I just get the spinning wheel on the app with the message Hanh on a second while we load everything.

 

Does anyone else have this problem? Is the app down?

 

Any help would be appreciated

A real palaver though isn't it? I think it was on and off 3 times yesterday. Wouldn't even load last night and now  back to working.

Mine went down for maintenance last night too so was hopeful for a fix, but sadly disappointed this morning.

You've will have done the obvious uninstall? I wonder if it's something to do with customers having linked account?

It's the same on PC @jonsie but only an issue since the app farted.......
