I have the my o2 app loaded on my Apple ipad and iphone.
I have tried logging in on both devices and get into the app but I just get the spinning wheel on the app with the message Hanh on a second while we load everything.
Does anyone else have this problem? Is the app down?
Any help would be appreciated

Well although I can access the app and the first page is displayed
I can't move from there. I am told I have no internet (I have) and then told it isn't working...so yes it's down.:smileysad:
Another thing not working for O2!!
Edited to add...looking at the above, it also appears to be out of date. We are well past the 23rd January, it should be displaying Data renewal, 23rd February!!!!!
