Hello. I've moved onto a pay monthly contract with o2. I can access the My O2 portal on the laptop but when I try to login on my phone on the app I get the following error message:
"Unable to resolve host "myo2mw.o2.co.uk": No address associated with hostname"
Has anyone encountered this/ know what I can do to fix it please?

Try deleting the app and reinstalling. If that doesn't work you need to contact O2 to reset your account
