my o2 Extras

Hi 

I renewed my contract in February 2020, I choose to wait 3 months to select my extra I.E Disney+ Amazon Prime ect.. I want to use my extra now but when I go to my extras there is nothing to select.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Hi @GLF81 

According to the terms and conditions, all Extras have to be redeemed within 28 days.

One Extra per Qualifying Purchase only. Participants must select an Extra within 28 days of making a Qualifying Purchase. Participants must redeem the Extra within 28 days of selecting the Extra. Customers cannot benefit from more than one Extra Period in relation to Disney+.
