My o2 app not recognised ported number

When I go into my o2 app on the Web and want to go into my details it does not recognise my ported number it keeps saying its going to send a text to the now defunct O2 number how do I get around this so I can access my details with my ported number I had to add my ported number under add products as this was the only way I could see my balance and to top up my balance
