Hi - when I try to register my phone on the O2 app, it has the wrong email address as the username.  I have no idea where to chat to O2 reps which is highly annoying, can anyone advise where to direct my issue please?

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Something similar happened to me.  O2 is the worst in "Customer Service"!!  Hours of waiting"on hold" and than to be rudely cut off.  Last time they referred me to an O2 shop and once I was in there even they had to call in for an hour on hold...

It turns out they could not locate me as O2 had entered my email address in the wrong way and even misspelled my name.  I still do not know what my mobile phone number is so the shop could not help me, but O2 managed to use my Direct Debit and charge me £25 already twice but still I have no SIM as they probably sent it to somebody else...
