Had my new O2 number for over a week now and the my O2 app is still saying it isn't available to me.

Hello Janetle, I would suggest contacting customer services as it may be a recycled number that has been previously registered on O2, if that is the case myo2 will need to be reset.

Hi Marjo, no my issue has not been solved. I cannot get in touch with anyone over the phone and I have tried the online chat service, the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and polite but he wasn’t able to solve my issue.

or try calling 202.

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
