Hi, it’s been month i have joined o2 but still not able to access myO2 mobile application so look into thi matter and fix it so that i can keep track of my data usage. Thanks

Try uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone and reinstall the app
As you can use the web My O2 you may need to persevere with customer service

Although the App works for me I tend to use the Web Version by a Home Screen Ico. The layout is better
