Hello,
I'd very much like to know why I'm now being charged over 100 pounds a month for a phone I've had for quite a few years now (3-4 upcoming?)
I said I couldn't afford anywhere near this when agreeing to a contract in store and we discussed what I could afford. I went for the unlimited as he said it would be my cheaper option for work and roaming. This was supposed to be 2 payments (one for sim/usage and one for phone)
I'd have no idea how it hasn't been over the date of me paying off the phone by now? How on earth have I had such extortionate bills the last few months?
