I have 2 mobile phones for my account one is for myself *********** and the other for my husband **********. i can only look up details for my husbands phone. Mine does not seem to be registered . How do I get both shown on my account. You bill me for both so no problem there

Can you log in online https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ ?
If so, try deleting the app, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app.
