My 02 not working to apply NHS discount

When I try to go to 02 open to apply my NHS discount it keeps saying sorry there has been a problem. I tried to ring 02 yesterday but got told to give it 24hr and see if it works but it still isn’t working

There is a work around to this @Julia13 

 

When it says there has been a problem, go to the top right click on login and then login using your myo2 login details, it should then  take you into o2 open, and you can select your number and apply the discount.. 

I added mine onto a switch up yesterday using this method..

You need to contact O2.
