My 02 does not show any details of my account or a Bill - how can I fix this? I have tried using various Help options but they just lead me round in circles! My02 recognises my number but doesn't contain any details of the deal I'm on - however my monthly charge has gone up by 40% and I cannot get hold of a human to tell me why!!! Any help out there?!!

If it doesn't, speak to customer service in the morning.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:

Thanks Bambino - Sadly 02 Customer Services are hopeless!!! They simply cannot direct me to where I can see the details of my SIM-only deal!! I'm supposed to be able to: Check my usage and remaining balance, Set up auto top-ups, Manage my O2 Rewards. However when I log into My02 it just says: "You don't have any products or services in this My O2 account." So when I then go and try and register again it says "This phone is already registered" ! And round and round in circles I go! I live in a remote location but next time I'm in town I'm going to look at other providers - there must be one that can actually give me access to statement!!

Seems like you may have a second MyO2 account associated with your SIMO, which does happen. Call O2 on 202 around 08:15, you should get through to a UK based CS operative who will help get to the bottom of this. Also check your e-mails from when you purchased your SIMO contract and see if they have made a mistake in your e-mail address.

I have same problem with my02 it use to show me my mins text and data now it suddenly reset its self and I ring cs thay couldn’t sort it so when my contract ends I be looking for new provider @GatoBlanco

Did you ever have a solution for this? I was a virgin customer that got swapped over to o2 and i’m having this exact issue

The last post on here was 2 years ago, so you wont get a response from the person who posted..
If you have setup a myo2 account and. nothing is showing then you will need to contact o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2 best bet is the Social Media team...
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
