Anyone can help / advice on this?:
I have purchased 2GB bolts on data yesterday.
Today I have received message that I have ussed all....
Within one day.....altrought I am using mobile data counter on my phone and it state that I have used only a little bit over 200MB!
Anyone can help with this?
Someone experienced something simiar maybe?

All you can do is call customer service and ask them to investigate it for you.
It used to happen occasionally on iPhones but it’s not been mentioned for quite a while now.

O2 customer service representative informed me that it will be credited/refunded so it seems that it was some error.
So problem is solved but I will keep an eye on it :).
Hovever overally bad experience due to waisting time for resolving this type of issues.
