I recently had my vehicle stolen which had my phone inside. The police retrieved it and have now given it back to me.
I couldn't pay my phone bill due to my bank card also being inside my vehicle.
I should have had my old mobile number ported over, but had problems getting it sorted.
Whilst my phone etc have been in police care it apparently has been ported over also I now have two phone bills due.
I didn't realise that I had to report the stolen phone within 24 hours either.
Is there anything can be done I do have a crime reference number if that helps
