Made my last payment on my Device plan and my Tarrif shows I should have a 15GB allowance. However I've had no 4g available for a few days and none available in the My O2 app. Any ideas? Today is also my Upgrade date but upgrades don't seem to be available either...

Also, the upgrade section is working. I've just checked. Reboot your phone, or check back later.

Just tried to call the number and discovered that although I paid my bill in full on Friday (and the automated redirect voice told me the overdue amount was £0) my calls are being redirected. Should be ready in 24hrs but I guess it's taking longer. Will wait and see what happens tomorrow. Thanks for the help.
